Job description
Responsible for the overall management of the laboratory ensuring that all staff perform test with good laboratory practices and comply with the hospital quality assurance and quality control procedures. Develop and maintain testing standards and methodologies, and reference ranges; evaluate abnormal results and make reporting.
Experience
5 years supervisory experience preferably in a healthcare environment.
Education
MSc Medical Biochemistry /Degree in Medical Lab Technology from recognized University or College. Should be well versed with all routine & specialized technical procedures.
