Job Descriptions:
Position for a Front End Web Developer who is detail-oriented, motivated, organized and excited to work in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone with diverse Front End Development skills with a long-term contract. Candidate should be highly self-motivated, hardworking, an innovator, and proactive in finding solutions.
Skill and Experience Requirements
Experience
- At least 2-4 years working as a front-end engineer.
- Experience working in a team environment.
- Experience in Managing the current UI framework and design systems for various product lines in an interface design tool (Figma).
- Experience working in an environment with multiple concurrent teams.
- Experience interfacing with user experience designers and providing technical feedback to influence/infxorm design.
- Experience creating/curating training resources for teammates.
- Experience with search engine optimization.
- Experience in performance optimization strategies.
- Bonus: experience presenting technology solutions/patterns/experiences internally or at conferences.
Education
- A Bachelors in computer science or equivalent is a bonus but only if it isin additionto a demonstrable strong work ethic and enthusiasm for self-improvement.
Technical Skills/Knowledge
- React.js.
- HTML 5, CSS 3, The DOM and Web APIs
- Unit/Integration testing frontend components
- CSS-IN-JS (styled-components)
- Functional programming concepts
- Git
- Git workflows
- Pull Request/code reviews
- SEO best practices
