Job Summary
  • Training experience Minimum of 5+ years of training experience
  • Experience of conducting training for any automobile/FMCG/Lubricants industry is mandatory
  • Trainer should be conversant in selling aspects (secondary sales, channel sales)
  • Trainer should be proficient in selling skills and should have the experience of Customer Dealing skills
  • Trainer should have understanding Stockist /Distributor Business Management

Salary : INR 1500 per day for Full day Training + Travelling allowances
Qualification :
  • Minimum qualification Graduation in any stream.
  • He should be conversant about Lube market and in particular Bazaar Trade
  • Trainer should have basic understanding of Inventory and Warehouse Management Concepts
  • Ability to facilitate sessions in vernacular language
