Job Summary

To prepare Training Calendars/PJP and get business sign offs
To conduct Sales training as well as on the Job coaching on products, processes & sales
To ensure effective and high quality training delivery
To conduct in-depth evaluation of the impact of the training programs
Provide feedback to trainees as well as provide support & coach them as and when required
To attend zonal reviews and present reports
To ensure 100% compliance in preparation of reports and other internal processes

Salary : INR 3.6 - 4 lac per annum
Qualification :

Candidate must be minimum a Graduate with 3-6 years of experience in Sales Training
Candidate must have hands on experience of Prepaid/Postpaid products.
Must have good communication skills
Local language proficiency is must
