Hyperion Epm Consultant- Senior Level Job in Centroid

Brief Job Description:

An ideal Hyperion EPM Consultant candidate is able to work in a fast-paced consulting environment with the goal of delivering high-value solutions to our esteemed customers globally across a diverse set of verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in the design and develop all aspects of Hyperion EPM implementations and/or required changes to existing applications
Gather and analyze client business requirements into practical architecture for budgeting, reporting, or consolidation solutions
Write and maintain clear, concise functional and technical specifications for Hyperion applications and business system processes
Write custom Business Rules and/or Calculation Scripts for custom logic to facilitate client budgeting and forecasting needs.
Assist with the integration of Hyperion applications with existing processes, including budgeting and forecasting, financial consolidation and close, and data warehouse/management reporting
Design and implement custom reports using Hyperion reporting tools to address company needs and improve frequency, accuracy and timeliness of reporting
Optimization of Hyperion applications
Proactively and frequently communicate with customers to build and maintain a solid working relationship
Work on other Hyperion development projects with the rest of the Hyperion Team and business users as needed
Produce and deliver documentation for design, training and application administration
Create and deliver abstracts, webinars and presentations for conferences, user groups and social media as needed
Operate independently to provide quality work products to an engagement
Demonstrate expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements
Effectively consult with management of customer organizations
Gain client acceptance of the defined solution
Fully comprehend client requirements and translate them into implementable solutions
Participate in and/or support business development activities
Learn and execute based on the Inspirage implementation methodology

Required Knowledge & Skills:
5-8 years implementation experience with Oracle EPM Solutions and Cloud Products
5-8 years of Oracle Hyperion Planning/Essbase or Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) experience
Involvement with a minimum of three (3) full life cycle Hyperion EPM implementations
Ability to write custom coding in Hyperion Planning/Essbase or Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
Demonstrate strong proficiency in all technical and functional aspects of Hyperion application solution design, development and deployment
Extensive knowledge of application administration and database administration, specifically Oracle Database
Deep understanding of Hyperion components, RDBMS, and Weblogic
Understanding of Finance business processes, including forecasting and budgeting cycles, financial consolidation & close, and corporate reporting requirements
Excellent problem solving and debugging skills with experience in troubleshooting issues for Hyperion clients
Strong analytical skills and ability to think in a complex and rapidly changing environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
Ability to learn quickly
