Application Developer Technical Lead Job in Cencora

Role Summary

As the Icertis CLM Application Development Technical Lead, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of solutions on the Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform. This role involves enhancing existing functionalities and developing new features to meet business needs, ensuring optimal platform performance, and establishing Cencora's Icertis CLM Development Center of Excellence.

You will oversee technical design, customization, configuration, and support, while mentoring a team and fostering best practices to shape the organization s overall CLM strategy.

Primary Responsibilities

Application Architecture & Solution Design

• Design scalable, efficient, and maintainable Icertis CLM solutions.
• Align platform architecture with business goals and industry standards.
• Define technical requirements, oversee integration architecture, and ensure detailed documentation of solutions.

Configuration & Customization

• Lead configurations to meet evolving business requirements.
• Manage contract templates, clauses, workflows, user roles, permissions, and security settings.
• Collaborate with Icertis partners on necessary customizations and ensure optimized performance.

Platform Maintenance & Support

• Ensure the platform is up-to-date and functioning optimally.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks (updates, patches, backups) and monitor system performance.
• Manage and resolve support tickets, escalating production issues when needed.
• Maintain and enhance Icertis search, reporting, and dashboarding capabilities.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead and mentor the Icertis development and support team, fostering collaboration and productivity.
• Guide team performance, provide feedback, and ensure professional growth.

Project Management

• Oversee development and support projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Communicate project updates and address issues with stakeholders.

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing Icertis CLM development and support teams.
• Comprehensive understanding of application architecture, solution design, and platform configuration.
• Skilled at gathering business requirements and developing functional specifications.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• All ICI certifications (e.g., Icertis Technical Professional, Functional Professional).
• Multiple years as a lead functional consultant on Icertis implementations.
• Experience in test script development and unit testing for functional consultants.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
