Job Summary

Responsibilities:

Grow revenue from existing customers by cross-selling/upselling

Responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction and client retention

Building deep relationships with customer stakeholders

Stayed informed on Client business and industry trends to better understand and predict client needs

Be a single point of contact for all services between the company and customers

Customer communication/reporting and operational aspects

Forecast and track key account metrics and communicate relevant information with both internal and external stakeholders

Experience:

Overall experience of 10+ years in IT services industry, with minimum 4 years in Account management/Relationship Management roles.

Good knowledge/exposure of latest technologies and trends

Strong handle on IT services industry and different operating models

Good understanding of various engagement models and commercial models

Previous experience in handling all operational activities (billing, invoicing, collections)

Good exposure to Business Development activities

Qualification:

MCA/ MBA /B.Tech

Experience Required :

Minimum 10 Years
