• Participate in discovery phase and translate requirements into technical solution
• Appreciation for business requirements and domain knowledge
• Will need to be hands on and keen to develop/trouble shoot complex technical scenarios
• Groom juniors and developers on technical and domain stuff
• Participate in Agile meetings, process activities and ensures practices are followed in the team
• Architecture, Design and Code review for own and other teams

Candidate Profile

• Overall 10-15 years of experience in executing and running large Software products/solutions implementations
• Successfully launched SW products/solutions in enterprise or go to market scenarios
• 5+ years experience and Proficiency with Java, SOA, Spring, Java script frameworks (JQuery/Angular), databases, Design and RDBMS concepts
• Experience on Cloud and solutions like PCF/Docker
• Appreciation for non-functional requirements: performance, scalability, user experience, security, maintainability
• Proficiency with Agile practices, Tivoli Workload Scheduler, JIRA, Confluence, SVN, GIT
• Ability to multi-task, work on product line/projects at once, delegate effectively
