Job Summary

W are looking for a dynamic young professional to join our team and help us build community of resellers by acquiring relevant users falling in our TG, regularly educating them about our product and training them to increase their profit. He/she should be able to call/chat with users effectively by offering the best customer experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Acquire users falling in our TG
  • Create relevant segments based on occupation/reseller type like housewives, make up artists, bloggers, condominium representatives, etc
  • Build segment specific user communities on various platforms like WhatsApp, Facebook etc
  • Partner with organisations, groups, companies to grow the community
  • Interact with users, educate and train them about our product
  • Organise webinars, conduct events & community gathering on social media to enhance peer-to-peer learning and help users grow their business
  • Build solid relation with users in the community managed by you and solve their grievances related to EarnKaro

Skills Required

  • Education: Any graduate or post-graduate
  • 1-4 years of experience, preferably in social commerce
  • Excellent command on Hindi & English language
  • Fluency in any local Indian language is an added advantage
  • As of now we connect with users over email, chat, call, and social media handles one should be able to proactively use all tools
  • Ideal candidate should be able & willing to respond to customers over email, chat and phone
  • Analytical thinking
  • Knowledge of Excel is a plus
  • Great phone manner
