We are seeking an organized, energetic, and results-driven district sales manager to join our sales team. The candidate must be male, having a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 7 years of experience in FMCG/Retails/Insurance sectors. In this role, you will oversee all sales and distribution in your assigned region and work to grow your customer base. You will be responsible for appointing Block Sales Manager in all blocks coming under your district, as well as to create a super stock point in your district headquarters. Candidate must possess innate leadership qualities, excel in maintaining client and vendor relationships, and have a true passion for sharing the benefits our products offer.
Required - FMCG/Retail/Insurance skill with 3+ years experience
Required - Bachelor's or higher education
Required - Located in Nayagarh
Preferred - Good command over Odia, English, Hindi
