We require a District Sales Manager for the Khurda district to carry out the sales activity, and the incumbent should be compatible to carry out the following activities. The candidate must be male, belonging to the respective district and having a sound knowledge about the area, district and block. He must have at least 4 years of experience with FMCG/Retail/Insurance sectors.
To appoint Block Sales Manager in all their blocks coming under their Districts.
To create a super stock point in their district headquarters.
He must have good organizational skills and should be able to create his own marketing team
Should have good communication skills, and must have excellent convincing power to motivate field team
Must be an excellent orator, and should have a go-getter attitude.
It should be convenient with frequent travels within his district as and when required.
Must be a good problem solver and should have outstanding negotiation skills.
Required - FMCG/Retail/Insurance skill with 3+ years experience
Required - Bachelor's or higher education
Required - Located in Khordha
Preferred - Good command over English, Hindi, Odia
