Block Sales Manager, Koraput Job in Casey Foods

Casey Foods is hiring Block Sales Managers to handle its channel sales for the following blocks- Jeypore, Boipariguda, kotpad, Boriguma, Pattangi, Nandapur, Bhairasingipur, Koraput Town, Sunabeda, Bandhugaon, Kundura, Koraput Town, Padua, Dasmantrapur,Narayanpatana, Machh Kund, Lakshmipur, Damanjodi, Kaririguma, Similiguda, Kotiya of Koraput Dist. Application are invited from interested candidates who can deal with field sales and contribute for overall sales and marketing for the Company.

The Eligibility for BSM:-

He should be a male candidate.

He should belongs to his own block.

He should not be an under age(above 25).

Preferable 10th pass but not required.

He should have sale experience of minimum 6month to 1year in segment of retail,channel sales, bank etc.

He should have good knowledge about his own block.

Job Description:-

Upon joining duties he should be under 45days of observation in which he has to create 3 stock point in his own block and salary for observation period is 8000.

After completion of 45days of observation period and creating 3 stock point, He enter to 3months of training period and for that salary is 8000 per month.

In Training period he needs to create 60 retail points per month Or 2 retail point per day. Similarly they have to create 180 retail point in 3month.

After that they enter the regular mode where their salary is rs10000 and fixed TA of rs.3000.

Here they also getting a target of 1.5lacs per month.
