Job Summary

Job Title: Team Lead Engineering

Role Summary: Enabling a team of engineers to deliver high quality products within timelines and be a catalyst for enhanced communication between the team and the management. He/she should drive the team to maintain good quality code. He/she should be able to contribute to product delivery. Even though no prior exposure is necessary, the candidate should be comfortable in working on C# & React.

Role Requirement: B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech with 3+ years software development or programming experience in any technology.Preferable if already had experience of leading a team.

Critical Skills Required:

  • Work on the whole stack, right from the frontend to the backend to the database.
  • Work with the team to prepare the scalable tech architecture / design
  • Predict / timely identify technical impediments and remove them
  • Ensure the implementation of new tech processes
  • Ensure regular code reviews happen and the team keeps up with the organization-set code standards
  • Maintain the code base/git repository with all basic hygiene factors
