Responsibilities and Duties
Maintain and develop a service-oriented backend
Analyze and identify bottlenecks in performance
Design secure, stable, and robust architecture
Improve monitoring of production services to catch warning signs and critical conditions
Collaborate with front-end engineers to add support for complex user interfaces
Collaborate with DevOps to deploy new services and databases
Qualifications and Skills
Basic development and understanding of front-end technologies and platforms, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS
Proficient knowledge of a back-end programming language (should have the knowledge in Python Django / Node js
User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.
Experience of database development and administration (e.g. PostgreSQL / Mysql).
Good Experience with AWS/Google Cloud development and management.
Data migration, transformation, and scripting
Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests.
Experience with a message queue like Apache Kafka, RabitMQ and server-less computing.
