Job Summary
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in CiscoMerakinetwork.
Experience in Cisco Switching, Routing and Wireless technology.
Understand customer requirements for wireless networks, integration of CiscoMerakiwith existing infrastructure.
Troubleshoot complex customer network issues (LAN & WAN) and provide corrective actions to restore the customer services
Experience supporting or testing LANs, VLANs, WLANs, VPNs, NAT devices, &/or DHCP servers.
Responsible for improving performance for the customer network, devices and services.
Hands-on experience with network technologies including firewalls, content filters, routing/switching, VLANs, and 802.11a/b/g/n/ac wireless.
Having Exposure to ITSM-ServiceNow tool
