Roles and Responsibilities

  • Market analysis to generate revenues

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking and sales calls

  • Create brand awareness through social media and digital marketing

  • Establish and manage relationships with customers/shippers/carriers/vendors

  • Take ownership of customer issues and follow-through till resolution
