The developer will collaborate with teams to ensure smooth implementations of software and updates, configure the SuccessFactors Employee Central, and ensure its optimization. Key Responsibilities: Configure and troubleshoot SuccessFactors Employee Central. Design, implement, and test application features. Collaborate with teams to address system performance and functionality improvements. Handle complex issues with minimal supervision and provide subject matter expertise. Work on upgrades, minimize downtime, and integrate with other HR systems. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central. At least four years of related work experience. Strong understanding of software design principles. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with software application frameworks. Experience or certification in other SuccessFactors Modules.
