JOB RESPONSIBILITY Drive Team to achieve process and service level agreements / metrics i.e., productivity and quality target within the established timeliness. Providing mentorship and leadership to team members, including directing and assigning work, communicating team goals and identifying areas for new trainings, skills and improvement areas. Managing hiring for their area and trainings, and keep management updated on team performance. Communicate concerns and handle hurdles of team members for smooth execution of projects. Address issues proactively, prepare and implement solutions. Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines. Notice period not more than 60 days. QUALIFICATION Bachelors or Masters is Computer Science/ IT or equivalent Certified System Architect (CSA). EXPERIENCE 10+ years of relevant IT experience. SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Minimum 10 years of IT experience in Agile/Waterfall methodologies. Possess strong analytical and documentation skills, attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills. Minimum 3 years of experience working in PRPC 7.1.x and above. Should have Certified System Architect (CSA). Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and internal and/or Basic knowledge on using PEGA Rules Process Commander V 7.x according to the Business Requirement. Flexible to work in shifts and maintenance/support.
