Your core areas of responsibility will include Social media & Website management. Will administer our social media accounts, manage our online presence by analysing usage data, facilitating, managing social media campaigns in collaboration with our divisions and global teams and to promote and distil social media analytics into actionable insights to support social media lead generation. Coordinate and execute processes related to content publishing for both external and internal communication across multiple digital communications platforms, tools in alignment with the ABB Group digital strategy and brand philosophy and to drive engagement and to boost awareness for and drive traffic to Process Automation€™s digital communication channels to assist lead generation for the business. Your responsibilities

  • Social Media:
  • Develop all social media strategy, roadmap & plans in collaboration with digital communication leads from divisions.
  • Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on social media to create social leads.
  • Use analytical tools to monitor metrics and determine campaign effectiveness.
  • Own all social channel conversation: content sourcing, calendar and publishing cadence for key social media platforms.
  • Own social media analytics - review, assess and filter usable insights through periodic analysis using available social media management tools such as Social Studio.
  • Ensure the company's quality standards and style on social media/ internal branding/publishing guidelines.
  • Track, analyze, report, and optimize social media performance to guide content decisions, improve overall presence, increase lead generation, grow engagement. & analyze competitor activity.
  • Monitor day-to-day social media activity and drive response on social media channels as needed.
  • Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions.
  • Own all social channel conversation: content sourcing, copy creation, calendar and publishing cadence for key channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) and social media platform (Social Studio for example).
  • Web Management:
  • Responsible for management, implementation, UX improvements, online tools and applications.
  • Use online tools and applications to monitor website performance and actively shape digital opportunities.
  • Monitor website performance statistics such as traffic, conversions, trend analysis, technical SEO and manage hidden metadata.
  • Debug performance and general issues that may arise - including troubleshooting of product online tools such as Business online, ABB library, ABB products.
  • Coordinate activities between the division Marcom teams and the group web team including content such as articles, blogs, success stories, press releases etc.
  • Create and maintain pages based on content provided by internal stakeholders and collaborate with other divisions to develop a relevant SEO, SEM and marketing automation strategy.
  • Support Digital Campaigns (across web, social and intranet) whilst working with multiple stakeholders across projects and geographies to harmonize digital communication with the overall business goals and objectives.
  • Support the teams working on the web, intranet, social media, marketing automation and other digital platforms (ABB Library, News bank etc.) and help them achieve a best-in-class digital presence and user experience.
  • Show strong ownership through data-focused and analytics-driven (social media and Google Analytics) measurement for our website, intranet and social media. Thus, improving our digital footprint based on the findings and creating analytics reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with ABB web and branding guidelines and best practices, quality reviews of website content and structure, provide feedback to content owners on how they can improve their site.

Your background

  • Bachelor€™s degree from a reputed institution in management with 3-5 years of experience in web and social media focused environments, 5-6 years of web editing skills and exposure in content management systems (CMS) €“ Sitefinity and Adobe Experience Cloud knowledge a must.
  • 5-6 years in web authoring, intranet management for both, front- and back-end ecosystems focused around digital communication.
  • B2B communications or marketing experience that€™s focused on web usability, analytics, SEO, technical understanding of digital-first communication.
  • Proven track record of client engagement management & resource management with a focus on scale and efficiency.
  • Demonstrated ability for change management, innovation and conflict resolution is a must.
  • Ability to own, drive and manage search engine optimization (SEO) both, on-page and off-page.
  • Ability to working with various digital and rich media formats (images, GIFs, infographics, videos, etc.).
