Job Summary
Job Description: As a Sr. Consultant, you will be responsible for handling the end to end process of recruitment with multiple clients along with a team of people. Some of the key activities that you will be doing are: Handling a team professionally and productively. Building, managing and nurturing client relationships. Understanding the technology and domain of the clients, so that you can guide the team members properly. Effective resume rotation within the team/ across teams for related requirements. Effective reference based resume generation. Building of strategic relationship with candidates and also be a career manager to junior, mid level and senior candidates. Good understanding of the industry/ domain/ trends. Adherence to Careernet's Service Excellence framework, comprising of Quality processes, usage of resume database application and participation in employee development initiatives.
Experience: Should have 3-4 years of experience in recruitment in corporate or consulting firms. Should have expertise in recruitment of professionals in specific domains (Applications/Systems/Semicon/KPO/Sales & Marketing/ Non-IT) Should have experience in resume analysis, candidate management, candidate counseling, etc.
Education: Should be an MBA graduate or of any equivalent qualification.
Skills Required: Should have good presentation, communication & interpersonal skills. Should be an extrovert with high energy and a positive approach, who enjoys being with people. Should be a quick learner and target oriented. Should be a self starter and Good team player. Should be able to manage people effectively and efficiently.
