Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Lead sales initiatives, determining the right approach, sizing and scoping the opportunities, identifying risks and ways to mitigate them and drive the plan for execution
- Own the sales process from end to end
- Identify sales leads, pitch our services to new clients and maintain good relationships with new connections
- Lead client meetings, products, and services demos
- Be the subject matter expert on the market players in the space, news, trends, and developments
- Work with the operations and HR team in building the initial delivery team.
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow up on leads (which include emails, calling, etc.) to ensure closure.
- Prepare for and participate in regular meetings with the CEO.
- Maintain CRM system and ensure information is accurate and up to date.
Requirements and qualifications:
- A passion for emerging technologies
- 2+ years of experience working with blockchain, DLT, or crypto markets
- 5+ years of experience working in a product, business development, or sales role at a technology, Software as a Service (SaaS), or blockchain/DLT based company
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience selling into the enterprise C-suite and navigating enterprise sales cycles
- Entrepreneurial thinking to identifying opportunities for growth
- Ability to excel in customer outreach and deal with customer objections
- You have experience closing deals $10k-$100k
- You have strong negotiating skills
- You have a proven track record of overachieving quota and driving results in a high-growth company environment
- You have an understanding of technology and you stay up-to-date on the latest news in the tech world
- You have a demonstrated ability to find, manage, and close business in an evangelistic and complex sales environment
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent Communicator. You know what to say and, more importantly, how and when to say it.
