JOB DESCRIPTION

The ongoing evolution of the core product lines, in conjunction with an increasing influx of custom projects, requires the initiation of a QA team to aid in the critical qualification phase of the website implementation cycle.
The role of the QA is key in maintaining this reputation by ensuring that the deliverables are subjected to consistent and rigorous qualification procedures. The ideal candidate should have, the ability to rapidly familiarize themselves with the operation of the products under testing, as well as a love of creating complex testing solutions from the ground up.EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS Developing detailed test plan documentation based on project requirements. Developing and Executing Manual test websites from the ground up. Logging and describing issues discovered during testing. Interacting with the project manager to resolve issues discovered during testing. Setting up and execution of test cases, providing debug support to the implementation team. Understand how our websites operate, are structured, and how customers use them Have excellent Customer Focus related testing and develop Customer use cases in order to have our websites work in a customer environments Investigate, analyze, and make recommendations to management regarding platform improvements, upgrades, and modifications. Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions. Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing implementation and service issues.
