Job Summary
  • Resource should have good experience in Siebel Configuration and Integration EAI
  • Tracking of tickets within the module to ensure SLA KPI met identifying root cause and taking preventive measures to reduce tickets look for automation opportunities
  • Siebel Configuration and Integration EAI
  • Hands on development Maintenance experience on Siebel version IP15 and above Open UI knowledge is expected
  • Tracking Incidents tickets to meet KPI SLA Team management conflict resolution stake holder management internal and external onshore leads teams
  • SDM EM Resource should have good experiencein Siebel Configuration and Integration EAI
  • Hands on development Maintenance experience on Siebel version IP15 and above Open UI knowledge is expected
  • Should be able to work on all siebel area independently
  • Good analytical and communication skills is necessary
  • Understanding on data architecture for Siebel Opportunity Sales Product policies and Account management
