Peoplesoft Websphere Middleware Project Manager | 13 To 15 Years | Mumbai Job in Capgemini

• Experience in managing large team of 50+ spread across onsite/offshore
• Hands on experience in middle tier architecture (WebSphere / Middleware / DotNet)
• Project planning, budgeting, governance structure, schedule and staffing requirements for the delivery organization
• Stakeholder management, risk management, business continuity and compliance
• Internal and external audits, data privacy
• Delivery and supervision of Capgemini team revenue, gross margin and customer satisfaction
• Review project schedule with customer management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required
• Project staffing recruit, interview and select staff with appropriate skills for project activities
• Experience in PeopleSoft Admin / Filenet / Livelink will be added advantage

• Hands on experience in middle tier architecture (WebSphere / Middleware / DotNet).
• Experience in managing large team of 50+ spread across onsite/offshore.
• Project planning, budgeting, governance structure, schedule and staffing requirements for the delivery organization.
