Function: Support Engineer Role

• Providing support to the existing customers
  
• Trouble shooting of the software
  
• Provide technical guidance to customers and VARs
  
• Training to Value-Added Resellers (VARs)
  
• Support mostly through our online Customer Relationship Management system and telephone.
  
• Maintaining complete records and handle the customer accounts assigned to you proactively and reactively.
  
• Achieve a high level of customer satisfactions in the account assigned to you.
  
• Ready to learn new technologies
  
• May have to travel

Responsibilities:

• Proactively provide first in class technical support to our VARs and customers
  
• Analyze, track and resolve customer issues in a professional, timely manner
  
• Investigate and resolve problems
  
• Develop workarounds and techniques for specific situations and communicate them to customers and resellers
  
• Help develop and implement web based support initiatives, knowledge bases, technical problem solving techniques, and documentation
  
• Conduct webinars/support training to the resellers support staff to enhance their support skill set
  
• Diagnose and solve a range of issues, installation, setup, hardware related software issues Experience: On 2D CAD Software Qualifications: Diploma, Degree, Fresh Graduates with Burning desire can apply.

Skills & Attitude:
