Roles and Responsibilities

JD:-

Responsibilities

As a Release Train Engineer ( RTE) and Agile Coach of the ART. Foster preparation of Vision, Program and Team Level Backlogs via Pre-and Post-PI Planning meetings.

Responsible to facilitate the ART events and processes and assist the teams in delivering value.

Communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive relentless improvement

Facilitate process improvement at the ART level

Coach & Guide Scrum Masters to facilitate adaption of Agile processes at team level and guide Community of Scrum Masters for continuous improvement

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong experience in implementing Agile at Scale and drive agility thro relentless improvement

Strong knowledge of SDLC, PMLC with Defect prevention tools and processes ensuring quality & security at inception

Strong inter-personal skills, open-minded & collaborative with experience in people management skills like Motivating, Observing, Coaching & Mentoring

Good understanding of effective utilization of DevOps

SAFe Certified coach with experience in Coaching at all level : Teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Leaders""
