Job Description
We re seeking an Associate (Content Curator) to manage and help the GATEContent team.
What You ll Do:
1.ContentAcquisition: Prepare question sourcing plan and guide freelance contentdevelopers to acquire the desired level and type of questions.
2.ContentCuration: Review study notes, articles and questions created by contentdevelopers to ensure quality. Ensure the availability of the best qualitysolution/explanation to all the questions in the database.
3.ContentCreation: Prepare fresh questions, article and study notes for GATE and PSU jobaspirants.
4.TrendAnalysis: Conduct in-depth research to understand the trend of exam byanalyzing the variation in difficulty level and pattern of exam over years.
5.Planning:Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly plans and execute them in coordinationwith other team members
6.UserEngagement: Resolve doubts posted by users. Interact with users to understandtheir needs, take feedback and incorporate into forthcoming activities. Keeptrack of user activity on the platform and take necessary measures to ensuregrowth.
7.TestsPreparation: Prepare daily quizzes and mock tests for GATE and PSU recruitmentexam in coordination with other team members.
What You ll Need:
1.Deep subject matter expertise as per GATE, ESE &JE exams.
2.500 and above GATE Score.
3.Problem Solving Skills and Team Management Skills.
4.Working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
5.Bachelor's / Master's Degree in the relevant subjector B.Tech. from Tier-I engineering colleges will be given preference.
6.Prior teaching experience will be an addedadvantage.
