Key Responsibilities:
- This requirement is for total instrumentation functions in blocks/utilities and ETP. Role of instrumentation Engineer will be maintaining instrumentation related shift activities/calibration of field instruments and documentations.
- Maintaining critical spares for instrumentation related materials.
1. Exposure in Calibrations of field instruments like temperature, pressure, flow, level, pH, conductivity, ORP, weighing balance etc.
2. Exposure in configuration and troubleshooting of PLC, SCADA, DCS (SIEMENS) PID controllers, circuit diagrams.
DCS Knowledge, ABB 800 XA DCS System.
3. Exposure in control valves, ON/OFF valves and relay based logic operation and maintenance
4. Individual handling in computer system validation (Qualifications) and other QMS documents for any modifications or new projects.
5. Preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of instrumentation systems and networks follow with safety guidelines.
6. To handle the subordinate and assign the task on routine basis and ensure the all instrumentation system in Healthy.
7. Preparation of Instrumentation related SOP, handling the CAPA and Deviations.
8. Exposure on pharma process equipment s, utilities and Purified water systems.
9. Exposure in Selection of Instruments and relevant accessories, BOQ preparation and Execution of Projects.
