Job Summary Roles and Responsibilities
  • Acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence & phone calls.
  • Managing travel & ticket booking.
  • Screen calls, enquiries and requests, and deal with them.
  • Organise meetings and ensure that Founder is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers.
  • Assist Founder in researching and following up with action on matters which fall within the founders responsibility chasing responses, triggering follow-up action.
  • Collating & filing expenses.
  • Personal Assistant (Founders Office)
