Job Summary
SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Manager / Sr. Manager - Recruitment is a full-time role within Buzzworks Business Services Pvt. Ltd. Recruitment manager will work closely with the recruiters to manage sourcing, interviewing and employment processes. To be successful in this role, recruitment manager should have a strong recruitment background and excellent stake holder management skills.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes)
- To supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance
- To keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
- To implement new sourcing strategies for closer within TAT
- To research and choose job advertising options for better reach
- To advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques
- To recommend ways to improve Buzzworks employer brand
- To coordinate with department heads / business heads to forecast future hiring needs
- To stay up-to-date on labour legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations
- To build the companys professional network through relationships with HR professionals, campus connect programs and other partners
- To participate in job fairs and career events
SKILLS
- Manager / Sr. Manager - Recruitment should be able to manage team successfully and implement recruitment policies effectively.
- Time Management: Manager / Sr. Manager - Recruitment works on various tasks at once and need to be self-motivated, as often they are completing these tasks under their own direction. Time management and the ability to prioritize tasks is vital to ensure goals are met.
- Decision-Making Abilities: A key part of being a successful Manager / Sr. Manager - Recruitment is the ability to make decisions that benefit the organization and work towards goals, strategies, and policies. They make decisions on a regular basis and choose the best course of action.
- Communication Skills: As someone implementing policies and business strategies, Manager / Sr. Manager - Recruitment should be able to communicate with staff, stakeholders, and clients effectively. This may be in the form of giving instructions, explaining plans, or negotiating with external partners.
