Job Summary

Job Description Responsible for closing deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. Possessing excellent communication skills to convince prospects is a must. You must be comfortable presenting products over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. Roles and Responsibilities Contact potential customers to inform them about the product. Answer queries regarding the products or the company. Ask questions to understand customer requirements. Maintain a database for customer information. Proactive when there are clients grievances and suggestions. Requirements Prior experience of 1 year as a Telecaller. Should be computer literate. Superb verbal communication. Excellent knowledge of English. Excellent communication and interpersonalski. Outstanding negotiation skill. Ability to resolve issues and addressing complaints. Cool-tempered and able to handle rejections.
