Roles and Responsibilities :
Qualification :
MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations
- Must have Healthcare hiring Knowledge.
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (LinkedIn, Naukri etc.,)
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- Outstanding interpersonal relationship building.
- Experience in generating MIS reports and meaningful recruitment dashboards.
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
- Excellent stake holder management skills both internal and external.
- Should be interested with Individual contributor role.
- Minimum of a bachelor s degree or equivalent in Human Resources.
- 6+ Years experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Minimum of Two years experience in Team handling.
Qualification :
