Job Summary Roles and Responsibilities :
  • Must have Healthcare hiring Knowledge.
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (LinkedIn, Naukri etc.,)
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
  • Outstanding interpersonal relationship building.
  • Experience in generating MIS reports and meaningful recruitment dashboards.
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
  • Excellent stake holder management skills both internal and external.
  • Should be interested with Individual contributor role.
Education and Experience
  • Minimum of a bachelor s degree or equivalent in Human Resources.
  • 6+ Years experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Minimum of Two years experience in Team handling.

Qualification :
MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations
Experience Required :

4 to 6 Years
