Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors and architects to ensure timely receipt of drawings (and BOQs); Seek clarifications on drawings, if required.
• Supervise and inspect construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications; Highlight deviations and escalate issues to the Project Coordinator, if required.
• Monitor daily operations at the site and ensure adherence to the project plan; Coordinate activities of the various vendors at the project site to ensure work is undertaken as per timelines.
• Maintain Daily Progress Reports and ensure timely communication of critical information from the project site to the Project Coordinator; continuously monitor the project budget, resource requirements, cycle time and productivity levels.
• Coordinate with the Purchase Department for timely communication of material specifications, indenting and sample selection; Highlight deviations from the material delivery plan.
• Coordinate with other departments for plumbing, waterproofing, electrical etc., to ensure continuous progress of construction work.
• Ensure safety measures are taken care at the site by wearing the helmet, safety jacket, belts, etc.
• Ensure timely hand over of the material & petty cash bills the respective departments.
• Ensure timely documentation and maintenance of records
• Ensure timely preparation of the required checklists, hand over lists, snag lists etc. Drive timely rectification of defects as and when required
• Witness all quality tests; Record test results and submit the same to the Project Coordinators
• Interact with the customers at the site and ensure timely resolution of all queries with respect to the project
• Assist in the timely handover of the project to the concerned client with the respective handover kits.

Qualifications

• You are a Civil Site Engineer with minimum of 1.5+ years of experience in the building construction industry.
• You have relevant experience of supervising & executing residential construction projects.
• You have a degree in Civil Engineering
• You have the ability to work in a fast paced environment without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction.
• You work well under pressure and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Must have decent communication skill and excellent at reading the auto cad drawings
