Job Summary Job Description:

  • SLA Management



    • Responsible for Managing vendors ATM OEM's, CRA's, network etc.




  • Project & Customer Management



    • Lead rollout and serviceprojects in multi-channel environment.

    • Lead customer and vendorreview meetings and developed services strategies.

    • Establish executive dashboards, structuredinterface program and servicereports to track health profitability of each account. any escalated contractual andissues.




  • Contract Management



    • Manage RFP's, Tenders, Contract commercial negotiations, project management implementing and managing service




  • Multivendor Service Development &



    • Responsible for Development & of multivendor service for, Diebold & Wincor machines - Engineer hiring, service centers,stocking locations/hubs, setting up TRC's, call & SLAprocesses and tools, training, technical support, spare partetc.




  • Managing Field Services



    • Responsible for Managing Fieldand Supporting business developmentfor new opportunities and existing relationships.



  • Supply Chain Management



    • Vendor selection, development and management incl. profitability, costs SLAs.



  • Managing Stakeholders



    • Building trusting relationships with, suppliers and colleagues.

    • Good communication and presentation

    • Ability to work with functional teams

    • Business Development, General Management, and post-sales support.

    • Operations & Project Management - Planning, execution, management, process, automation.

    • Excellent customer management skills.

    • Extensive supply chain &management experience.

    • Driving growth & managing.

    • SLA, negotiations and contract_.

    • Commercial and business acumen negotiation skills




    Minimum Education Qualification

    • Any graduate with relevant(BE/MBA preferred)


    Experience Required :

    Minimum 30 Years
