Roles and Responsibilities

Understanding the client's requirements.
*To search right resume from the portal (Career Builder, Dice, Monster) as per the requirement.
*Interviewing candidates and preparing their profiles to be presented to the clients.
*Scheduling the interviews with the client and finally closing the position
*Maintaining Candidate MIS (Candidate details, tracking sheet, etc.).
*Coordinating with both candidate and client for arranging the final interview and ensure it possible.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: (Any Graduate or Post Graduate can apply)

*Should have good communication & interpersonal skills

*Should have basic understanding of Recruitment
* Basic Knowledge of US Tax & Visa terms would be an added advantage
