Senior Manager- Production (baddi Location) Job in Brooks Laboratories

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling overall plant operations and activities.
• Getting regulatory approvals for products/ plant.
• To ensure compliance to regulatory requirements on product, process and release procedures as per cGMP requirement and regulatory commitment.
• To ensure appropriate Production planning at Unit II as per marketing plan
• To ensure planning and timely availability of Material and other resources
• To co-ordinate with various Departments like Production, Finance & Accounts, Marketing, Human Resource.
• Internal Coordination within Unit II and regular meetings.
• Liaison with consultants, various Govt Agencies, Local bodies, etc
• Timely review of Targets and milestones
• To monitor the operational cost of the plant on day today basis.
• To initiate the cost control measures
• To monitor all legal compliance under various legislation's applicable on Pharmaceutical Plants.
• To ensure the profitability ratio.
• Planning of New Product developments and Product lines
  

Desired Candidate Profile

Must have experience in injectables Parentral as well as Tablet.
