Bridgei2i Analytics is looking for a global Leader for Marketing Analytics, to lead all Marketing, Sales and Growth solutions & Delivery for Financial Services vertical.
Responsibilities:
  • Closely liaise with clients to deliver programs and projects to solve specific business and functional problems, drive value for clients, manage relationships and drive growth for BRIDGEi2i, along with strong focus on designing and developing innovative solutions for Marketing function. Should have understanding of broader Financial Services Industry & products
  • Solve unstructured problems by applying knowledge of data mining and application of various machine learning algorithms on personalization, recommendation systems, market mix modelling, optimization, affinity, attrition & Sentiment analysis, etc. to solve for business problems like Campaign Management/ Tracking/ effectiveness (pre-approved campaigns, calendar based campaigns, etc.), Affinity Attrition views, Channel Affinity, Call centre effectiveness, Sales Effectiveness, Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV), Marketing budget optimization, Digital and Online.
  • Ability to connect data of different types, working with unstructured and potentially incomplete data sources and use a mix of data management, statistical techniques, machine learning algorithms, etc.
  • Ensure high quality standards and timely delivery in all projects. Mitigate the risks associated with successful project planning and progress tracking
  • Proactive client/customer engagement and management
  • Help deploy analytics solutions and enable tracking of business outcomes to measure return on investment
  • Keep up with cutting edge analytics techniques and tools in the continuously evolving area of decision science
  • Contribute to solutions and capability development of the overall insurance practice at BRIDGEi2i to ensure organisational growth
Work Experience 12-16 years of hands-on experience in Data Science domain in a professional environmentKey Attributes: Growth oriented mindset Driving value for clients and thinking value for BRIDGEi2i. Critical is ability to take complete accountability to manage Engagements end to end, handle unstructured situations, with various client engagement scenarios, escalation management, critical thinking ability and engage with client to prioritize and also engage on broader relevant themes. Maintaining Delivery standards and value-based thinking for clients. Comfort in engaging with key and senior client stakeholders. Ability to guide team and take accountability of decisions and direction for the team, focus on Solutions and develop them right for GTM and drive preparedness for delivery. Ability to work across teams in BRIDGEi2i to deliver the best of whats possible so a broader thinking beyond just model development, appreciation of engineering needs and operationalization challenges.
