Job Description

BRIDGEi2i islooking for talented individuals with proven experience in Data Science to join their Insurance vertical to support a Global Insurance leader on various innovative Data projects

Responsibilities:

Closely liaise with clients to design and develop innovative solutions using AI & ML techniques to solve specific business problems

Solve unstructured problems by applying knowledge of data mining, natural language processing algorithms, image and video analytics and machine learning.

Ability to connect data of different types, working with unstructured and potentially incomplete data sources and cleaning data sets to discover new insights

Ensure high quality standards and timely delivery in all projects. Mitigate the risks associated with successful project planning and progress tracking

Proactive client/customer engagement and management

Help deploy analytics solutions and enable tracking of business outcomes to measure return on investment

Keep up with cutting edge analytics techniques and tools in the continuously evolving area of decision science

Contribute to solutions and capability development of the overall insurance practice at BRIDGEi2i to ensure organisational growth

Work Experience

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Data Science domain in a professional environment

Educational qualification

• Graduates/Post graduates in Mathematics/Statistics/Data science/Economics or BTech in Computer Science, Electronics, Information & Communication Technology

Skill requirement:

• Experience in Applying Machine Learning techniques to Structured & Unstructured Data
• Experience in Natural Language Processing
• Ability to write high-performance code in Python & queries in SQL
• Pandas, NLTK, Scikit-learn, SpaCy, Tensorflow
• Experience with Cognitive Services on Azure
• Good understanding of mathematical foundations behind Machine Learning algorithms
• Experience working with Big Data technologies such as Spark (preferred)
• Understanding of Deep Learning Techniques (preferred)
• Experience in Computer Vision (with tools such as OpenCV (preferred)

Competency requirement:

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to mutually agreed upon schedules
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work product.
• Ability to effectively present and explain complex concepts to a non-technical audience.
