Job Summary

Overall Objective:

We are looking for business development executives to present the products and services we offer to potential customers. Your role will be to convert warm leads to sales and seek new business opportunities.

Job Brief:

  • Contact potential clients through emails and calls , understand their requirement.
  • Convert warm leads generated from marketing campaigns to sales.
  • Follow up with potential clients over emails , calls.
  • Draft and send proposals through emails.
  • Identify best suited product for the customer and assist them in making an informed decision.
  • Handhold customers to overcome roadblocks.
  • Build long term rusting relations with customers.
  • Up Sell other products.
  • Proactively identify business opportunities and target markets.
  • Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience.

Key Requirement:

Minimum Education Qualification : Graduation

Skills Required: Good communication skills, basic digital/social media knowledge.

Experience:

1-2 years of experience in business development/customer support preferably in IT sector.

Freshers with a flair for sales and basic knowledge of social media are welcome to apply.
