Job Summary

Job Description

Prepare financial and progress reports and communicate information to relevant staff members

Create monthly progress reports and communicate results to the team and track milestones delivery

Handling multiple AMC and WBT projects simultaneously

Responsible for documentation preparation (using MS Word and MS PowerPoint) and review

Monitoring daily progress of project workflow through organized scrum calls with respective teams

Providing detailed updates to project managers

Organizing reports, contracts, and invoices for easy access

Providing detailed progress updates of the project to the client through weekly scrum calls

Planning meetings and organizing project logistics

Use tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures

Act as a point of contact and communicate project status to all participants

Analyze risks and opportunities to remove blockades from project workflow

Skills:

Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Experience using computers for a variety of tasks

Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures

Ability to work on tight deadlines

Experience & Qualification:

Post-Graduation in Management or any other technical field

Graduation in Management or any other technical field

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator

Experience Required :

Minimum 2 Years
