Education and Experience Bachelor s Degree Software or computer science degree, or extensive industrial experience in a related field may be considered
At least 2 years of experience in CAD/CAM PLM Support and Development . ________________________________________________________________
Purpose of the Job

• Responsible for the support and operational delivery of CAD/CAM PLM systems and services to the agreed levels of service, taking account of the changing, or variable, demands of the business and seeking continuously and proactively to improve services in the most cost-effective and timely manner.
• Effective and efficient support of CAD, CAM, PLM and AEM operations, physical and virtual server infrastructure and equipment.
• Reporting functionally to CAD/CAM team leader, this is a key position providing high level technical support to the CAD/CAM PLM & AEM users globally.
• To constantly look for opportunities to help end-users become more efficient and effective in their day to day working.

Skills / Competencies / Flexibility Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related discipline
English with good communication skills (written and verbal)
Personal Computer hardware and software - communications protocols,
Strong troubleshooting skills in CATIA/3DExperinece application
Strong Troubleshooting skills in CAD/PLM Domain
Experience in Engineering Central, CATIA V6, 3DDashboard, Enterprise Change Management, and other ENOVIA applications
Knowledge in basic Statistics, Preparing technical documents, issues report
Hands-on experience in Enovia Customization and Defect Fixing
Coordination within the team and overseas team, Strong communication, interpersonal skills
Knowledge in MQL, JPO, TCL, JSP, Triggers, Java script & VBA
CAD Operational knowledge can be added advantage 6. Primary responsibilities: Responsible for end user assistance for software, operating system, and other server and personal computer related support requests
Assignments may be complex in nature where judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making recommendations
Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve CAD/CAM PLM & AEM related failures and initiate corrective action as necessary Maintain Companie s CAD/CAM PLM & AEM environments
Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing technology solutions on CAD/CAM PLM
Coordinate third party support as required
Participate in IT projects as required
Conduct analysis and tuning exercises to ensure maximum practical efficiency of the utilisation of existing systems and resources.
May at times be expected to work beyond or outside normal hours of duty to recover systems from major failure or to perform upgrades, often at short notice
