Job Summary

1. Ability to coordinate with various departments to obtain reports & analyze for the executivemanagement
2. Take accurate minutes during review meetings and follow up actions discussed as per timelines.
3. Explain and discuss executive managements directive/agenda to various departments. Develop amonitoring & reporting system to ensure work is executed as per requirement & within timelines.
4. Develop high quality documents, reports and presentations for the executive management.
5. Undertake ad-hoc research work as require Research, Analyze and Interpret data
6. Assist in preparing the executive management for meetings
7. Liaising with the Finance & accounts team on related activities as required.
8. Maintains directors appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences,teleconferences, travel and managing / updating the calendar accordingly
9. Effectively manage conflicting priorities. This involves organising your workflow, and teaming withcolleagues to accomplish tasks and balance workloads accordingly.
10. Use appropriate judgment and knowledge of the organisations policies, when sharing sensitiveinformation.
11. Handle administrative details and routine issues independently, and take responsibility for completingthese on time, to a high quality / deliverable standards


Salary : As per Industry standards
Qualification :

English proficiency required
Hindi & Telugu (speaking) is an advantage
Excellent analytical and a proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-makingskills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel (advanced), PPT, and other data analyticaltools like PowerBi, Knime, etc.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Effective interpersonal skills, with an ability to interface with personnel at all levels.
Basic IT knowledge on ERP, Network & general software required for corporate office
