Job Summary
Job Description The purpose of this position is to manage Technology and Competence for Current core and Future core technologies as per Product Roadmap. Drive Frugal process innovations. Lead a team of Experts and drive new process developments / process improvements with respect to SQCD aspects. Manage Process Development Cell / Workshop Qualifications Experience: 12-18 Years of experience (minimum 3 years experience at leadership position) Strong technical knowledge on Process improvements / developments methodologies. Hands on experience and advanced level knowledge in various manufacturing technologies (plant specific like Electrical Contacting, Force assisted joining and screwing, etc), Laser Welding, Coil Winding & Optical Vision system, Plastic technology. Knowledge on Engg drawing, Engineering statistics (Machine & Process Capability), SPC, GD& T, MSA etc Knowledge on standard Digital solutions (MES, etc), Digital Competency (Power BI, Tableau, etc) and Emerging technologies (Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence) Strong networking with stakeholders (internal/external), Assertive, Collaborative, Strong analytical & Problem-solving skills, striving for improvements and highly committed Openness for divergent views and leverages resources for objectives Empowering and coaching team for development.
