Job Description
Service support to Diesel, Rotating machines and other Automotive Products
Responsible for BOSCH Dealer Service Quality Management, Machine Maintenance monitoring.
Meet customers, Prepare Service plans, Enhance Service Quality, Ensure promotion / sales of new service solutions.
Handle External hires for Service and maintenance related activities.
Attend joint investigations,Provide technical solutions to customer issues related to vehicles.
Conduct Campaigns for enhancing visibility of BOSCH Products, Services and aid MA parts business development.
Handle Warranty related topics via systematic administrations
Provide market insights for new service business opportunity.
Take ownership for "Solutions" and go the extra mile for Customer Delight.
Qualifications
BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile Engineering with min 3-5 years of experience in similar Automobile industry.
Additional Information
The job involves being in connect within BOSCH, Bosch Servicenetwork in field, Customer locations, Mobility Aftermarket internal teams to enhance TSS (Service) Department team results & MA results.
The job requires the good portion of time to be spent with colleagues, discussions on digital platforms, co-ordination with customers, Bosch Diesel Service and BOSCH HQ colleagues, also willing to travel at short notice for professional reasons.
Actively involved in field visits for dealer assessments, training on Servicing of products using service concepts and create business development for Network partner, Fleet, Independent garages.
