Experience

Should have at-least 9 years of SAP experience covering the following roles, involving responsibilities described above;

o As SAP Senior Consultant -Mandatory (Most Recent) Greater than 4 years of implementation experience in either SAP EWM including atleast 2 years in S/4HANA Embedded EWM or Decentralized EWM on S/4HANA

o As SAP Consultant - Mandatory Greater than 5 years in SAP logistics modules including at least two years in SAP WM / SAP EWM projects

Domain experience - Mandatory At-least 2 years, desired 5 years

• Branding the practice by means of subject matter expertise
  • Contributing to well-known blogs, forums and journals
• Building the Expert layer Selecting, mentoring, guiding, supporting and directing Senior Consultants
• Individual contributor
  • As an expert in SAP EWM (all deployment options) with consulting skills on other SCM components (TM) and SAP ECC- LE-WM
  • Be up to date on SAP s EWM deployment options (including Cloud) and be able to recommend the best option based on customer requirements
  • Solution design
  • Troubleshooting
  • Spot Consulting
• Contributing to Innovation and Products by participating in POC s and Asset creations
• Business Acquisition
  • Creating, reviewing, and executing Demos
  • Contributing to bids on sections relevant for Logistics
• Supporting competency-building activities for an SAP practice e.g.
  • Suggestions to keep competency areas and topics up-to-date(operational and strategic)
  • Assessing competency of associates

The SME will be expected to multitask, work on multiple projects and initiatives running parallel.

Qualifications (General)

• Bachelor of Engineering from a reputed institution + MBA from a reputed institution
• Should be passionate about Technology (Enterprise technology and upcoming such as Cloud/ IoT/AI/ML/Digital etc.) and applications of it to business scenarios and issues

Qualifications (Technical)

• Should be highly competent in SAP ECC WM, SAP (De-centralized EWM), SAP S4H Embedded EWM, Decentralized EWM on S/4HANA
• Should be competent in analyzing all logistics business processes from inbound shipments, internal warehouse operations, production supplies and outbound shipments
• Should be competent across all project phases including (but not limited to): Elicit requirements in detail, Prepare technical SAP solutions (including preparing Functional and Technical specifications for developments), Present alternate solutions and influence user decisions
• Should be competent in documenting complex solutions in understandable language (words and pictures)
• Should be able to understand issues related to, and configure interfaces between SAP WM and other ERP modules related to inbound and outbound Logistics (MM/PP/QM/SD); and between SAP SCM components (stand-alone SAP TM or EWM) with SAP ECC
• Should have completed certifications in SAP WM, SAP EWM and SAP TM
• Should have working knowledge on SAP Transportation Management, Yard logistics, and of SAP logistics products available on the cloud.
