You would be part of a multi-national team providing virtualization, hypervisor, RTOS for automotive platforms. These hypervisors might be any proprietary or open source hypervisors and RTOS. As a specialist in these topics, you would provide technical contribution in all virtualization related activities to the team.

Responsibilities

As a specialist, you are expected to carry out the following activities:

First point of contact for the virtualization topic for the customers

Integration and bring up of the various operating systems(Host and guest) involved in the projects

Analysis of the bugs/change requests raised in the virtualization and OS related areas

Learning the internals of the proprietary hypervisors and ramping up quickly

Participation in technical calls of various suppliers if needed

Actively drive technical discussions within team and ADIT customers

Close cooperation and alignment with architects and integration-team

Participation in technical discussion with teams in Germany and Japan

Required skills

Fundamentals of git or github. Working knowledge of V4L2 framework, device-tree and kernel drivers.

Experience in video decoder/deserializer/serializer/ISP board.

Basic functional proficiency in QNX/Linux environment.

Preferred skills

Working experience in C , C++, device drivers

Working experience in device configuration [eg. Device trees in linux]

Good understanding of build systems (autoconf, cmake, Yocto)

Knowledge on Github and git

Qualifications

BE/BTECH/M.TECH (CS/ECE/IS/EEE)

Additional Information

• Fundamentals of git or github. Working knowledge of V4L2 framework, device-tree and kernel drivers.

  Experience in video decoder/deserializer/serializer/ISP board.

  Basic functional proficiency in QNX/Linux environment.

  Additional :

  Experience in working with media libraries like gstreamer or wayland.
