Position: Mobile App Development Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the mobile app development team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality applications.
• Oversee the entire app development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance in the architecture, design, and implementation of mobile applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and optimize app performance.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team is utilizing the best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead in mobile app development, with a strong portfolio of successfully launched apps.
• Expertise in mobile app development frameworks and languages, such as Swift, Kotlin, React Native, or Flutter.
• Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are mandatory.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Candidates based in Ahmedabad or Gandhinagar are highly preferred.
• Experience with cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems.
• Previous experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
