Job Description : Work under the Design Director. Lead creative projects across disciplines including print, web, experiential, mobile, digital, and social media. Manage a team of Junior Visual Designers. Research the current trends in design and marketing. Qualifications & Skills required : Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent design, typography and layout skills. An insane amount of love for the craft. Proficient command of English Language. Completed or currently enrolled in a Bachelor s/Master s program. Preferably with a communications/design background. Personality : Must have a sense of humour. Must be good at solving problems. Must be confident and a self-starter. Shouldn t be a prick. Pushes creative boundaries by constantly pursuing new concepts & approaches, and bring new ideas to the table.
