Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Managing leading Brands and Agencies for their Influencer Marketing requirements and
    help them with planning, designing and execution with respective Influencer Marketing
    briefs
  • Research, recruit and onboard new influencers to expand Boomlet s network of the
    influencer community
  • Brainstorming of new ideas and creating innovative and researched-based strategies for
    campaigns
  • Evaluating current trends, conversions & audience reach for better campaign executions.
  • Maintaining TAT for the briefs received, creating detailed proposals, presentation and pitch
    decks
  • Building strategic relationships with other vendors, partners, project managers and other
    third-parties associated with the team Boomlet throughout India
  • Review, analyze key metrics of the campaigns and create a strong insightful report and
    reasoning of Influencer Activation

Skillset

  • Social Media Savy
  • Excellent communication skills and networking skills
  • Able to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner and deliver under pressure
  • Mandatory experience required of at least 1 year into an Influencer Marketing
  • Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies
  • Well organized with great time management skills
  • High interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Basic MS Office knowledge
