5+ years of proven experience as a technical writer for an agile software company.

You've written technical documentation for complex enterprise software products in an agile environment. You may have written developer documentation for cloud apps, iPaas, SaaS, AI, ML, IoT, network technologies, etc.

Have experience writing API documentation.

You collaborate with development teams to go through epics, ask questions, understand developer tasks, and can explain them in plain language.

Have outstanding writing skills, technical aptitude, ability to research technical concepts, analyze technical specifications, and communicate them clearly and precisely in plain language.

Experience using MadCap Flare for documentation. Bonus points if you are comfortable writing in Markdown.
